BANANA LOAF 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
4 sm. bananas, pureed
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9"x5" loaf pan; set aside. Place brown and granulated sugar in large bowl; mix together. Add butter and mix until well combined. Incorporate bananas, cream and vanilla with spatula. Incorporate eggs, one at a time, beating well between additions.

Mix flour, baking soda and cinnamon into a second bowl. Mix into egg mixture using beater or blender. Fold in walnuts and raisins. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 65 to 70 minutes. Cool before serving.
