3 lb. beef roast
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 carrots, sliced
4 potatoes, cut thick
Salt and pepper to taste

Place potatoes in crock pot, then place roast on them. Add carrots, salt and pepper. Add both cans of soup. Cook on high for 4 hours or maybe cook on low while you are working.
