1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red salmon, flaked 1 c. (2 slices) soft bread crumbs 1/2 c. chopped green onion 1 egg, lightly beaten 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick vegetable cooking spray. Combine salmon, bread crumbs, onion, egg, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into 4 equal patties. Bake 5 minutes each side or until golden and heated through. 212 calories per serving. Yield: 4 servings. |
