4 lb. Tyson wing sections 1 lb. (4 sticks) salted butter 1 (16 oz.) bottle Louisiana hot sauce 1 packet French's wing seasoning Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce, to taste garlic salt, to taste bacon salt, to taste Thaw and dry wings. Fry at 375 to 400°F until cooked. Melt butter in saucepan. Add all other ingredients. Whisk all ingredients. Toss wings and serve. If you like them hotter reduce butter in wing sauce to taste. The result will be this smoky, slightly sweet and spicy wing with a hint of garlic! I haven't found it too hot for anyone. Definitely a party favorite! Submitted by: Adam Upton |
