POPPYSEED CHICKEN SALAD 
Make overnight and chill:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1/3 c. honey
1 1/2 tbsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Mix all in blender and blend for 5 minutes.

CHICKEN SALAD:

2 c. cooked diced chicken
1 1/2 c. white seedless grapes
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper

Mix and pour dressing over chicken as desired.
