2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. creamed corn
1/2 c. beef
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. honey
Flour, water, and oil

Add all ingredients together. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water - if not dry enough, add a little flour. Fry in hot oil 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
