CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. white corn meal
3 tbsp. self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 tbsp. seasoning from fried fat back
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
