1 unbaked pie shell
2 tbsp. flour, heaping
Cinnamon
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar

Place these ingredients in the unbaked crust and stir gently to mix. Add 1/4 cup cream and fill crust with milk (approximately 1 cup). Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes longer.
