SPINACH SALAD 
1 bunch fresh spinach, torn in bite-size pieces
1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. crumbled mild Blue cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. toasted hazelnuts
raspberry vinaigrette

In medium bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, Blue cheese, green onions and hazelnuts. Mix well.

Just before serving, pour vinaigrette over mixture. Toss to coat well.
