BLUEBERRY CRUMB MUFFINS 
Muffins:

2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 1/4 cup blueberries
2 tbsp. flour

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Blend. Add 1 1/4 cups blueberries tossed flour. Stir. Spoon into muffin tins. Spoon on topping.

Bake 30 minutes at 375°F.

Topping:

Combine ingredients with fork until crumbly.
