PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 egg
1/4 c. mushroom soup
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. uncooked rice (may use quick)
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients real well. Roll out in medium balls. Brown in a heavy skillet with a little oil. Pour remaining mushroom soup and 1 cup water over meat balls and let simmer until rice is done.
