1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand) 2 tbsp. butter Colored sugar Melt butter in non-stick skillet. When melted, add condensed milk. Cook on low heat until it pulls away from the sides of the pan and it is thickened. Stir constantly or it will burn. If not cooked long enough it will be sticky. If cooked too long, it will crumble. Cool. Butter hands, roll into small balls and roll in colored sugar. Place each in a small paper candy cup. Cocoa can be added with the butter before adding the milk if you want to make chocolate ones. Roll in chocolate sprinkles. |
