MISSISSIPPI MUD - FAY'S 
1 c. soft butter
4 eggs
1 c. coconut
2 c. sugar
3 sq. melted chocolate or 1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts
7 oz. marshmallow creme

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 c. powdered sugar
3 sq. melted chocolate or 1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter, add eggs one at a time, beat well. Stir in remaining ingredients, except marshmallow creme. Bake in 9 x 13 inch greased or foil lined pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Immediately put cream on top of cake, set for 5 minutes to heat, spread over cake. Have icing ready to spread over marshmallow creme and then swirl it. Top each piece with 1/2 cherry and let cool before cutting.
