CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 c. cubed chicken or turkey (cooked)
1 sm. can chopped green chiles
1 med. size jar of salsa
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chicken broth or milk
2 c. grated cheese
10 to 12 flour tortillas

Saute' onions and celery in butter. Add all the ingredients together, except for the tortillas and the cheese. Put the ingredients in a baking dish in layers. Chicken mixture first, then the cheese and then the tortillas. Repeat these layers, an end with cheese on top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cover with foil until last few minutes. Uncover to melt cheese. Allow to cool approximately 10 minutes.
