NORWEGIAN BAKED FISH 
3/4 lb. whitefish fillet
1 tbsp. tomato puree
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. dry white wine or lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 450 F. Grease a baking dish and lay fish in it. Mix together the onion, tomato puree, parsley, oil and wine and pour over fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle bread crumbs over this and dot with butter. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until done. Serve with mashed potatoes and green salad or vegetable.
