2 lb. stew meat
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. ginger ale or cola
1 can mushrooms

Mix all ingredients in heavy pot. Cover with foil, then a tight fitting lid. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Do Not peek while cooking. Serve with buttered noodles or rice.
