OATMEAL COCONUT CRISPS 
2 c. butter
2 c. packed brown sugar
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
6 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut

Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in vanilla, then add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each egg addition. Sift together flour, salt and baking soda and add to creamed mixture. Stir in rolled oats and coconut. Drop by teaspoonful about 1" apart onto well greased baking sheet.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. NOTE: You may omit 1 1/2 cups coconut, divide dough into thirds. Add 1/3 cup coconut to one part, 1/3 cup raisins to part and 1/3 cup walnuts to last part.
