LEMONY APPLE SALAD 
4 lg. apples, cored and chopped (3 or 4 c.)
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, with their juice
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix

Mix together ingredients in the order listed. Allow to stand in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
