BROWNIE CUPCAKES | |
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate 2 sticks butter 1 2/3 c. sugar 1 c. flour 4 lg. eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts Melt in saucepan the chocolate and butter until warm (don't boil). Add sugar, flour and eggs; mix well. Add vanilla and nuts; mix well but do not beat. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 18-20 cupcakes. No need to frost. |
