ICE CREAM CAKE | |
2 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed 12 tbsp. butter, melted 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant pudding, any flavor 1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 gal. ice cream, softened (vanilla) 2 pkgs. Dream Whip (prepare as directed) Mix cracker crumbs with butter and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. (Do not bake). Save some crumbs for top. Prepare pudding in milk - whip together and add to softened ice cream. Pour over crust. Top with Dream Whip. Garnish with remaining crumbs. Freeze for a few hours. It does not need to be kept in freezer all the time, but can be served from refrigerator. (Banana cream pudding and vanilla are good in this recipe). |
