1 lb. mild sausage
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® Minute wild rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained and chopped
chopped onions and green peppers (can also add)

Brown sausage; drain. Cook rice. Place meat, mushroom soup and mushrooms in casserole dish. Add rice and mix well.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
