3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs or substitute
3/4 c. Puritan oil
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins

Mix all above well. Pour in tube cake pan. Bake one hour at 325 degrees or until tests done.
