HONEYMOON SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. or 1 lg. pkg. lemon Jello
3 lg. bananas
1/2 lb. mini marshmallows
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drain & save juice
1 egg
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar

Dissolve the Jello in 2 cups hot water, then add 2 cups cold water. While Jello is still warm add the bananas and marshmallows and the drained crushed pineapple. Let this set firmly.

Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons flour and 1 cup pineapple juice (add water to make the 1 cup if needed). Cook until thick. Then fold in 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped cream. Spread this over the firmly set Jello. Makes 9"x13" dish.
