MANGO RELISH 
12 green mangos
12 red mangos
1 hot pepper (if you wish)
6 lg. onions
1 pt. strong vinegar
2 1/2 c. sugar
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. mustard (I use celery seed also)

Grind mangos and onions through food chopper. (I use sausage grinder.) Cover with boiling water and let stand, then add vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt to ground mixture. Boil all together for 15 minutes. Can hot or cold and seal. This is very good for hot dogs, barbeque or when you make meat loaf.
