MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Rotel
1 can beef broth
2 pkgs. tortillas

Brown hamburger, onion, and pepper until done and then drain. In another pan combine soups, broth and Rotel to meat mixture and heat thoroughly. Use tortillas in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan, then put a layer of cheese then a layer of the meat mixture. Keep repeating until all the mixture is used up. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
