OVERNIGHT MACAROONS 
4 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. flavoring

Mix first 3 ingredients and let stand overnight. Next morning, mix in remaining ingredients. Drop from teaspoons onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from baking sheet promptly.
