CAULIFLOWER AU GRATIN 
1 med. sized cauliflower or 1/2 cauliflower
1/2 broccoli (nice color touch) cooked not too much in pieces
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

After cooking cauliflower and broccoli, drain and place in greased casserole. Heat together undiluted soup and mushrooms, spoon over vegetables and top with cheese. Bake preheated oven to 350 degrees for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and browned.
