ORANGE - TAPIOCA SALAD 
2 (3 1/4 oz.) pkgs. vanilla tapioca pudding
1 c. orange juice plus juice from fruits and water to make 3 c. liquid
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 sm. can pineapple tid bits
1 tbsp. lemon Jello
1 banana

Cook tapioca pudding and the 3 cups of liquid. Remove from heat and add the lemon Jello. When cool, put in fruit. At serving time, fold in the sliced banana.
