1 can red salmon, drained, bones removed
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber
1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped onion

Reshape salmon (drained) into a ball. Mix other ingredients and ladle over salmon - chill. Serve with saltine crackers.
