JORDAN MARSH BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. blueberries
2 tbsp. sugar, cinnamon and nuts for topping

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add the sifted dry ingredients alternately with the milk. Fold in the berries (lots of berries!) Grease tins well. Grease tops of tins also.

Pile batter high in muffin cups.

Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and nuts on top. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool muffins in pan for 30 minutes before removing.
