BRANDIED CHICKEN 
3 boneless & skinless breasts, halved
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. powdered ginger
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1/4 c. Brandy

Wash and pat dry chicken. Dip in flour and brown slowly in electric fry pan in small amount of oil. Combine melted orange juice and spices, pour over chicken, add Brandy and simmer slowly until chicken is tender. Add water or more Brandy if needed. Serve over rice.
