MILKY WAY® CAKE | |
13 fun size MILKY WAY® bars 2 sticks butter 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 1/4 c. buttermilk 1 c. chopped pecans Cut up bars of candy and melt with 1 stick of butter. Cream one stick of butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together. Add alternately with buttermilk. Beat well. Add nuts and candy. Bake in 10 inch greased loaf or tube pan, 275 degrees for 2 hours. FROSTING: 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. evaporated milk 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips 1/2 stick butter 1 c. marshmallow cream 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt Cook sugar and milk to soft ball stage. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. This is also a very good cake without frosting. |
