CABBAGE SOUFFLE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt

Let cool and set, then beat. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and beat. Add 2 or more cups finely chopped cabbage, 2 tablespoons minced green pepper, 2 stalks chopped celery, or some celery seed and 1 tablespoon minced onion; mix all together and chill.
