JEFFERSON CITY POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of onion soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion (top and all)
1 cube melted butter
1 c. bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients except butter and bread crumbs together in a large mixing bowl. Place in casserole dish. Drizzle 1 cube of melted butter over top. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
