SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
1 lg. can yams
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Blend well all ingredients together in food processor. Pour into a butter casserole dish and bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.
