FRUIT SALAD 
1 cantaloupe
1/2 honeydew melon, cubed
1 lg. bunch seedless grapes, halved
6 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
1/4 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 head shredded iceberg lettuce

Mix fruit and cheese and chill. Toss with salad dressing just before serving. Serve on bed of lettuce and sprinkle with coconut. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Serve with butter cookies if desired.
