1 can refrigerator biscuits (Pillsbury; 8 count)
butter
preserves (any kind - I use peach, strawberry, or apple)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly butter 8 of the 12 muffin cups in your tin.

Spoon your-choice preserves into biscuits that have been shaped into your muffin cups. Do not overfill!

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
