RICK'S KICKED UP KAHLUA LIME
MARINADE
 
Works best with salmon, but halibut and bass is good too!

1/2 cup Kahlua
1/2 cup Myers's rum
1/2 cup lime juice
2 oz. canola oil (4 tbsp.)
2 tsp. ginger, minced
12 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. dill weed

Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Let stand in refrigerator for at least one hour.

Marinade your choice fish for at least 1 hour before grilling.
