NEIMAN MARCUS CAKE

1 yellow cake mix (can use chocolate)
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix together and press in bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan.

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 eggs
1 box powdered sugar

Cream together and pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
