1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. plain meal
1 sm. diced onion
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. sweet milk

Sift together dry ingredients. Add onion. Add beaten egg and milk to dry ingredients. Stir lightly. Drop by teaspoon into hot deep fat.

NOTE: Will turn self over if mixed correctly.
