PINEAPPLE CREAM SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. sm. marshmallows
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. grated sharp cheddar

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups hot water. Add marshmallows. Mix until dissolved. Add 1 tray ice cubes for quick set. Stir until Jello thickens, lift out ice cubes. Put in refrigerator for a few minutes.

Whip Jello, add pineapple, cream cheese, whipped cream (3/4 of it) and grated cheese. Mix well with beater.

Use the rest of the whipped cream for a topping. Add a little sugar and vanilla.
