2 c. sifted plain flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tsp. salt
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. sharp cheese
1 tsp. sugar
Dash of Texas Pete Hot Sauce

Cream cheese and butter and mix good. Add other ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 150 to 200. Serves 50 people.
