APPLE CRISP 
6 med. apples, sliced thin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. coriander
Raisins
1/4 c. honey

TOPPING:

1 1/4 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. walnut pieces
1/4 c. almonds
1/4 c. sesame
1/4 c. cashews

In an 8x8x2 inch glass baking dish place the sliced apples. Sprinkle cinnamon, coriander, raisins and honey over apples. Mix the topping together and then add the following: 1/4 c. safflower oil 1 tsp. water
