ORANGE CHARLOTTE 
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. orange juice
1 c. whipping cream
1 pkg. lady fingers

Soak gelatin in cold water then dissolve in hot water. Stir in sugar then cool. Add fruit juices and chill. Just before it jells, whip it hard. When light and frothy, fold in whipped cream. Pour into molds lined with lady fingers. Chill for a few hours then unmold.
