ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 can asparagus (14 1/2 oz.)
2 boiled eggs, chopped
Shredded Cheddar cheese
6-8 saltine crackers

SAUCE:

Liquid from asparagus
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Place all "sauce" ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over low heat until sauce thickens, stirring with a whisk occasionally.

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish - lay 1/2 of the asparagus on the bottom of the dish. Crumble 3-4 crackers over top. Add 1/2 of the eggs and cover with 1/2 of the sauce mixture - repeat (asparagus, crackers, egg and remaining sauce). Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serves 6.
