CAESAR SALAD 
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 can flat anchovies, mashed
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 to 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
Juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. olive oil

Blend all ingredients well, then toss in 1 large head Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces. 3 to 5 grated Parmesan cheese (fresh if possible) 1/4 to 1/2 c. croutons

Saute croutons in 2 tablespoons olive oil with 1 crushed clove garlic.
