HAWAIIAN STYLE BAKED BEANS 
2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. finely chopped Macadamia nuts (optional)
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Spoon into a Pam-sprayed 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings.
