SHERRIED CHICKEN 
Chicken breast to serve 6
Salt and pepper
10 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. flour
Garlic powder

SAUCE:

6 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. sherry
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Coat chicken with flour mixture. Melt butter and brown chicken. Place in casserole dish. Prepare sauce by adding sherry, soy sauce, lemon and ginger to melted butter. Bring to boil, stirring and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste and turn once.
