HEALTHY PEANUT BUTTER CANDY | |
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter 1/4 c. dry milk 3 to 6 tsp. honey 1/4 c. finely chopped raisins (optional) 1/2 c. finely chopped dates or other dried fruits (or more raisins) Blend together peanut butter and dry milk. Add honey, dates and raisins, mixing well. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit of liquid milk. If the mixture is too wet, add powdered milk. Form into balls and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour. You can also roll out the dough on wax paper and cut the mix with cookie cutters for fun shapes. Great for kids. 2 dozen balls. |
