PEANUT BUTTER SHAKE 
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 banana
5 ice cubes
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. powdered milk
1 1/2 c. milk (soy, nut or skim)
1/2 c. dates

Blend milk and dates until smooth. Add rest of ingredients to blender. Blend until thick and ice is crushed. Serve immediately.
